Brief: Illustration for an article dissecting the Egyptian flag, and its direct relation to current socio-cultural status, published in the April 2003 issue of Cairo’s finest youth publication; Campus Magazine. The flag, representing the Egyptian government, takes on the form of a tangled obstacle keeping the Egyptian people, represented by the pharaoh, from reaching their full potential: being pharaohs.
